Privacy & how we play

Your game

Who Pays Today? is a casual group decision game. We do not collect payments, accept deposits, or award money. Please agree with your friends before playing. A result is a suggestion, not a payment obligation.

Names stay with you

Player names and round results are kept in the current page’s memory. They are not sent to our analytics services. If you choose Share, your device can share the result with the destination you select. Names are excluded by default and only included in the image or share text when you choose. Challenge links never include names. Result images are generated on your device.

Optional analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics and our own daily counters to understand page visits, game starts, completed games, shares, chosen language, group size and round duration. Our counters contain aggregated totals, not player names or individual visitor histories. Google Analytics may process cookies, device and approximate location information according to its policies. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals in our tracking code.

You can decline analytics and still use every game. Change your choice using “Privacy choices” at the bottom of the game. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics events; it does not erase previously recorded aggregate totals. Language and privacy preferences are stored in your browser.

Advertisements

An advertising area is reserved below the game. Live advertising is currently disabled while domain registration and site approval are pending. When enabled, Google AdSense may use cookies and similar technology. Advertising will require its own appropriate consent controls; allowing game analytics does not grant advertising consent.
